Shanghai Ruistar Instrument Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (RSI) was established in 2006 and is a high-tech professional company specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of pile testing equipments. RSI relies on universities in Shanghai, closely adheres to the forefront of international and domestic industries and technology, upholds to the R&D philosophy of technic innovation and close integration with engineering practice, combined with nearly 30 years of engineering experience in pile testing, with the goal of developing first-class high-tech products, providing high-quality pile testing equipment, technical services, and after-sales services tailored to the needs of engineering and technical personnel. RSI is the editor in chief of high strain testing in DG/TJ 08-218 "Technical specifications for testing of building foundation and piles", and has participated in the compilation of the Chinese construction industry standard "Pile Dynamic Testing Instrument" (JG/T 3055). RSI high strain tester, low strain tester, and fully automatic static load testing system is the preferred equipment for major research institutes and testing conmpanies nationwide. RSI users are located in various provinces and cities across the country, covering industries such as construction, roads and bridges, ports and docks, electricity, railways, etc.. Typical users are provincial building research institutes such as Tianjin Institute of Building Science, Shanghai Institute of Building Science, and Fujian Institute of Building Science; universities such as Zhejiang University, Southeast University, Tongji University, Sichuan University and other famous universities; power design institutes such as East China Electric Power Design Institute, Central South Electric Power Design Institute, Anhui Electric Power Design Institute, Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute, etc; CCCC Shanghai Port Design and Research Institute, Tianjin Port Engineering Research Institute, and hundreds of professional testing companies. In recent years, RSI has integrated into the "the Belt and Road" national strategy to serve overseas infrastructure. RSI instruments are used in many "the Belt and Road" construction projects, such as Brunei Expressway, Indonesia Power Plant, Bangladesh Port, East Timor Power Plant, Thailand High speed Railway, etc. RSI instruments are highly popular in the international market and have been exported to multiple countries such as Brunei, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Laos, the Philippines, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, Israel, Russia, and have received unanimous praise from users.
