  • The operation process is intuitive, simple and easy to use

  • The experimental information, Q-s curve, S-lgt curve, displacement and pressure data are all displayed in real-time and intuitively on the instrument screen

  • Built in national and multi provincial testing standards. Also can freely set information such as grading levels, load amount and loading and unloading reading times for each level

  • On site testing and data collection are fully automated: automatic load, automatic load supplement, automatic reading, automatic stability judgment and automatic data storage

  • Automatic alarm: when various unexpected situations occur, such as long loading time, large settlement, uneven settlement, and the need to move the displacement sensor due to small residual displacement, or inn case of need for reminder, the instrument will automatically sound an alarm and provide protection

  • Sensor data can be transmitted to the main unit via wired or wireless means. If wireless communication is used, the communication distance can reach over 1000m

  • Up to 50 wireless channels are available, supporting multiple (50) static load instruments on the same construction site to be tested wirelessly and simultaneously

  • If there is a sudden power outage on site and there is another power call after a period of time, the instrument can automatically continue the test without the need for manual intervention

  • The displacement sensor is completely waterproof and can be tested normally even being immersed in water for a long time

  • Supports two installation methods for sensors: (1) traditional installation on the pile; (2) installed on the benchmark beam

  • Capable of conducting fully automatic self balancing static load tests

  • Data exported through U disk

  • Automatically transmit on-site measured data, test location (GPS) and other data to the remote monitoring center through the INTERNET network synchronously and in real-time

  • In addition to being suitable for conventional oil pumps, it can also be compatible with fully automatic reversing oil pumps (380V power supply or battery powered)
